Verified corrections to protocol records, specification metadata, and live conformance scoring rules on agenticweb.wiki. Like the RFC Editor's errata process, every factual or scoring correction is logged here with the date, affected surface, root cause, and resolution.
How to report an erratum
Found an inaccurate version number, wire path, governance claim, or false-negative probe result? Submit an erratum via /submit/ (choose correction) or email info@belgravialabs.com with the standard ID or domain and primary-source evidence URL.
