"markdown": "# Terms of use & licensing\n\nagenticweb.wiki is an open reference map, conformance scanner, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server published by Belgravia Labs LLC (Sheridan, Wyoming, USA).\n\n## 1. Dual open licensing (CC BY 4.0 & MIT)\n\n- Dataset, prose, and structured exports ([CC BY 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/)): All protocol records, glossary definitions, comparison tables, daily digests, Markdown twins (index.md), Open Knowledge Format files (/okf/), and bulk exports under [/data/](/data/) are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License ([/LICENSE-DATA](/LICENSE-DATA)). You may copy, redistribute, index, and build commercial or non-commercial products on the dataset provided you attribute Agentic Web Wiki (by Belgravia Labs) with a link to https://agenticweb.wiki/.\n\n- Code, schemas, probe rules, and MCP server ([MIT License](https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT)): The site generator, Cloudflare Worker, JSON Schemas (/data/schema/), executable probe rules (/data/probes.json), and MCP tool definitions are licensed under the MIT License.\n\n## 2. Acceptable use of the MCP server and /check/ scanner\n\n- The public MCP endpoint (https://agenticweb.wiki/mcp) and domain readiness scanner ([/check/](/check/)) are provided free of charge and without authentication for interactive human and agent queries.\n\n- Outbound probes (has, probe, validate_manifest, and /check/<domain>/) inspect only public front-door well-known paths (35 fixed URIs), respect /robots.txt directives for agenticweb-probe, refuse private/loopback IP ranges, and enforce per-caller and per-target rate limits. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or use the scanner to flood third-party origins.\n\n- For bulk offline analysis across hundreds of domains, download the pre-computed panel snapshots ([/data/panel-latest.json](/data/panel-latest.json) and [/data/ecosystem-census.json](/data/ecosystem-census.json)) rather than looping live probe calls.\n\n## 3. No warranty & third-party specifications\n\nAll records and conformance reports are provided \"as is\" without warranty of any kind. Protocol specifications, RFCs, Internet-Drafts, and third-party trademarks belong to their respective standards bodies and authors. Conformance grades on /check/ reflect automated syntactic checks against published specifications at the timestamp shown and do not constitute security certification or legal advice.\n\n## 4. Contact & opt-out\n\nDomain owners who wish to opt out of agenticweb-probe/1 checks may either add User-agent: agenticweb-probe / Disallow: / to their /robots.txt (honoured immediately and automatically) or email [info@belgravialabs.com](mailto:info@belgravialabs.com).\n\nPublisher: Belgravia Labs LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA · Responsible Editor: Marcus Vance, Director of Standards Research · Last updated 2026-10-25.\n"
